Role Overview & Responsibilities

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Elective Orthopaedics department based at the City Hospital campus. This position is offered on a permanent contract.

The successful candidate will ideally have experience in managing waiting lists using Bluespier to utilise theatre sessions or experience as a Specialty PA.

You will be a conscientious and enthusiastic team player, with excellent organisational and communication skills. You will have a good understanding of the 18 week RTT pathway and Patient Access Policy. You will need to be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of patient confidentiality, and be able to remain calm under pressure.
