A day in the life of…

AsGuest Service Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for most of our guests. Your role will be to welcome guests from all over the World with a friendly smile and exceptional service. You will work closely with your team mates to ensure that together each shift is smooth and efficient and deliver the best possible guest experience every time.

Based in the Mercure Livingston Hotel, you will be part of a small (but mighty!) family of passionate people who know that being the best doesn’t always mean working around the clock.

Situated on the M8, just 35 minutes from Glasgow and 20 minutes from Edinburgh, the Mercure Livingston is ideally based to explore Scotland. It's also a great conference venue with a choice of 9 conference rooms and a great range of leisure facilities
